We've got a great evening lined up for all of us to enjoy together.   This Month's Dish:   Turkey Roulade with Butternut Squash Soup and Beet & Arugula Salad   In partnership with the London Covent Garden Market, Queer Kitchen aims to bring all members of our community together in a safe, supportive and inclusive space to enjoy conversation, learn new skills while we create and share a meal together. Each session will feature a unique dish and new topic covering kitchen safety, skills and health eating. This is a space for all members of the LGBT2Q+ community.   Our Culinary Teacher - Adam Adam is a passionate newcomer to the London Culinary scene. The former graduate of St. Clair College’s Music Theatre Performance program got bitten by the baking bug and studied the magical techniques of Artisanal Bread baking. Learning under the tutelage of Lead Baker Kaleb Ellie, and Sourdough specialist Richard Ellie at Artisan Bakery, he furthered his skills in baking bread and pastries, and he continued to immerse himself into books, resources and videos on topics from bechamel’s to biscotti.  Adam is now a student of Fanshawe College’s Culinary Skills and Management Program and works as a Sourdough specialist at Artisan Bakery. His hope is to offer his skills to the community and so that the next generation can keep important food traditions alive. Covent Garden Market QueerEvents America/Toronto public
