The session will be lead by a queer trans-identifed yoga teacher, a focus on addressing neck and shoulder tension and nurturing a sense of safety and connection within and without. This is a therapeutic and restorative group, appropriate for all ages and abilities. Event Description

A new 12-Week Yoga Therapy Group for Members of the 2S/Trans* Community is starting on December 3rd.

The session will be lead by a queer trans-identifed yoga teacher, a focus on addressing neck and shoulder tension and nurturing a sense of safety and connection within and without.

This is a therapeutic and restorative group, appropriate for all ages and abilities.
