Amateur Drag Show

Kings, Queens, and Performers alike are invited to sign up and perform at Guelph Pride’s Amateur Drag Show on Thursday February 7th at Red Papaya! Doors are at 9p, performances start at 9:30p, then we’ll dance the night away to a grooving DJ mix.

Interested in performing but not sure if you want to do drag? No problem! We’re accepting all kinds of acts including musical performances, stand-up comedy, or whatever it is your heart desires! All you need to do is email Mel at mgrant.pride@gmail.com with your performance details we’ll make sure you’re ready to hit the stage. No experience necessary, and ALL skill levels are welcome; this event is low pressure and 100% support!

This is a pay what you can (PWYC) event with a suggested donation of $5.00 but no one will be turned away. All proceeds go directly back to Guelph Pride to help fund more awesome events. The venue is fully accessible with gender-neutral washrooms, and is easy to get to by transit. This is an all ages event.
