We’re going to read and discuss some important, close to home topics where we can explore the intersectionality, complexities and the many isms and phobias folks within the Queer community face on a regular basis.

This book club will be facilitated from a queer, anti-oppressive framework, we’ll be meeting 4 times in 2021 to discuss books on a variety of issues, open to all members of the LGBT2Q+ community who are 16 years and older.

A reminder to those looking to join that reading anti-racist books won’t end racism. We are creating a space where folks can gather to discuss various topics and issues more in-depth and then use the discussions and learning to broaden their perspectives and take action in their everyday lives.
